in our first collaboration with halfvede musteri we have created a traditional swedish glögg with untradtional ingredients: whisky and fresh pressed applejuice, spiced with ginger, cardamom and orange peel. we think It’s a perfect match!

03 – bunge oak whisky

we have toasted staves from our own oak trees and added to one of the casks. blended with maltwhisky matured on new american oak and ex-sherry casks – we have created a sweet, fresh and unpeated whisky that will go very well neat, on the rocks or in a cocktail. whichever you prefer.

02 – winter blend whisky

this is a very small batch of a blended malt whisky, only 115 bottles was produced.

if you get your hands on it, you will notice a smooth and elegant taste of pear, citrus, caramel, minerals, and a tiny bit of licorice. some of it’s character comes from toasted wooden staves of sugar maple, which gives it a wintery touch. we hope you like it!

01 – Three Oaks Whisky

our very first blended malt whisky, matured in our bunker on gotland.

The mix of oak casks – american, french and swedish – makes it well balanced and smooth. There is taste of nuts, vanilla and caramel, a flowery touch, some oaky notes and an aftertaste of licorice. Enjoy!
