the blended malt whisky
one of the most fun parts of making
whisky is the blending. we use
different casks and wood to create
the taste we want to achieve.
so far we have made four blended
malt whiskies, all with their own
specific character.
this summer we’re opening up for
our guests to make their own blend.
more on that later.
whiskyglögg 2025
whisky and fresh apple juice,
spiced with yuzu and real
bourbon vanilla from madagascar.
tastes of Caramel, oak, apples,
grape and orange with a
smoothness from the vanilla.
serve warm as glögg
or cold over ice.
no added water
a blend of sherrycask, rumcask
and bourboncask matured whisky.
peaty but not too heavy.
bottled at cask strength for
the full bodied taste.
serve with a drop of water.
the taste of gotland oak
toasted oak staves from our
own oak was added to this blend,
which gives it a sweet taste of
vanilla, caramel, leather and
licorice. non-peaty so it is a very
smooth whisky to enjoy neat,
over ice or in a drink
