Now you got the chance to create your very own whisky, just the way you want it. Come down to the bunker, taste your way through our casks, and create a recipe that is entirely your own. We bottle and label it with your name on it.

whisky and apple juice spiced with yuzu and real bourbon vanilla from madagascar. works lovely as a summer drink over ice!
Cask strength whisky
– no added water
a blend of whisky matured in sherry casks, rum casks and bourbon casks. peaty but not too heavy. bottled at cask strength for the full bodied taste.
Bunge oak whisky – the taste of gotland oak
toasted oak staves from our own oak was added to this blend, which gives it a sweet taste of vanilla, caramel, leather and licorice. non-peaty so it is a very smooth whisky to enjoy neat, over ice or in one of our favourite cocktails.
